Honey-Herb Salad Dressing for Greens

Makes 1 cup

1/4 cup  vegetable oil
1/2 cup  honey
1/3 cup  white vinegar
1 tsp  dry mustard
1/2 tsp  salt
2 tsp  onion, minced
1/2 tsp  lemon balm, dried
1/2 tsp  tarragon, dried

Place all ingredients in a shaker bottle. Shake at intervals until thoroughly blended. Refrigerate to cure for 24 hours. Shake before each use.
